The feel of DTF prints depends on the quality of powder we are using. Our soft and stretchy DTF powder has better hand feel than traditional vinyl and other types of heat transfer. It’s elastic and soft to be touched.

Using quality powder and following correct application procedures are recommended. It certainly beats laser white toner transfers. 40C washing temperature is recommended. 60C washing temperature is also warrantied.

Yes, rip software is needed in order to do CMYK+ White at one pass.

RIP software is included in HUAFEI DTF printer for better and faster printing.

HUAFEI DTF printer is the first one with synchronous printing& drying & take-up control. During the printer head cleaning or maintenance, the temperature of the dryer would be lowed automatically. Servo control temperature/line speed, our DTF printer is designed unattended.

If no Syn device,machine requires person to stay behind and constantly adjust during the printing. If not, film at drying part will be over heated during print head cleaning or head maintenance.

There are two-stage dryers in our DTF powdering machine. One is low temperature dryer for ink, another high temperature dryer for powder melt. Ink dry first, then powder melt on the film with ink inside.

Two or more head is ok for CMYK printing, but not good for CMYK + White.

It request a lot for nozzle alighment which is not friendly for DTF printing operators.

One of our best sell DTG models is HFTX F6000 A2 Size Desktop DTG Printer. It is designed for sampling and proofing, or customization of T-shirt. That is with Epson 4900 as its printing system. There are three main reasons why we choose that :

1. With Epson TFP Print head.

Our DTG F6000 is with Epson TFP head of 10*360 nozzles.

Epson DX5 is 8*180 nozzles.

That is double than that of Epson DX5, so Printing speed of F6000 is double speed of those DTG printer with Epson DX5 head.

2. Less ink waste during head cleaning.

DX5 Capping Station is with one capping for all eight color. That is to say all color flushing when you do the head cleaning even only one color nozzle line missing. That is really ink waste to some extent.

Capping Station of Our DTG F6000 is different. Two colors for one capping station. That is to say you can choose the missing color to do head cleaning, no flushing of inks when those heads is in good condition.

3. Better White ink base.

There is 10 ink channels in our DTG F6000 and 6 of them is white ink, then you can get better white base. You need twice white ink printing if with 2 white ink channels. One white ink printing is ok for 4 white ink channels, but it is not enough for some images. But you can get quality printing for all images with our DTG F6000.

Normally, we start the training in our factory when you confirm your printer order. It is about 3-5 working days and meals during the period will be borne by our factory.

Also we can help you the installation & service training at your site. The flight charge, accommodations and meals of our engineer will be borne by distributor.

Sure, you can print on heavier Sport Sweater. Before doing the printing, you need adjust the height of printhead to keep the right distance between printhead and sweater. It is very easy to do that.
